WARRANTY

Linbide fully warrants all products against faulty materials and/or workmanship for a period of six months from date of original sale Invoice. The Warranty claim shall be limited to repair or replacement of the item. In no event shall Trevor Lindsay Ltd be liable for any other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, costs or expenses.

The warranty does not apply when:

• The item has been abused or damaged by other than normal or recommended use.
• There are fractures due to hitting foreign bodies
• The product has worn at a normal rate.
• The roduct has been modified, repaired or serviced by a third party
• Saw blades have been used for cutting non ferrous metals
• Saw blades have been used for multiple sawing.

Linbide reserves the right to inspect all products subject to warranty claims. All products returned for warranty claims must be forwarded to Linbide freight paid.
