How to order with Linbide

Browse through the items in the categories in the left column.  Simply click on the shopping cart icon for each item you wish to purchase and the details of your shopping cart will appear at the top of the page.

When you have finished shopping, click on 'shopping cart' to see your purchases and then click 'checkout'.  

Post and Packaging Costs
Your order will be sent to Linbide for confirmation of availability of stock items and calculation of freight.  You will receive an e-mail from linbide with confirmation of freight costs and availability. This will contain a link which will take you directly to your cart for completion of your purchase by credit card.

Online: Simply click on the 'place order' button at the bottom of the checkout page. 
NB we are unable to send email to hotmail addresses at present - please provide an alternate email address or fax number. 

By fax: Print out the completed order form with credit card details and fax to 64-9-636 8851 
By post: Print out the completed order form and post to:

Payment by post may be by cheque, but Linbide reserves the right to clear cheques before delivery is made. All quoted prices are exclusive of GST. 

Delivery
Back Orders
Very occasionally an item may not be available ex stock. We will back order the item immediately and advise you of the expected dispatch date (usually a further 5 business days). Please supply a return email address or phone number with your order for us to contact you. Of course you have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait for back order items. 

Payment Terms
Credit cards will not be charged until your order is dispatched. If paying by cheque, please ensure the correct amount including post/packaging cost is shown on the cheque. Cheques should be crossed 'Not Transferable' and made payable to Linbide. Add a further three days to delivery for cheque clearance. We only accept Visa or Master Card payments.

Our Commitment
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received from Linbide, you can return them in the original packaging within 14 days for a full replacement or refund. Delivery costs are not refundable.
