REPLACEABLE INDEXABLE KNIVES
Indexable blades/knives are fitted onto the tool body without removing the cutter from machine. This reduces down time to a minimum. Ensure the blades are placed into the correct seating of the cutter. Ensure the body or slot in the cutter is clean before blades are replaced, as this may cause fracturing of the blades. Do not over tighten screws. Run test cuts prior to production to ensure blades are aligned correcting.
